En <strong>Jujuy<\/strong>, la Fundaci\u00f3n Tinkunakama manifest\u00f3 su <strong>firme oposici\u00f3n<\/strong> a la medida, remarcando las posibles consecuencias negativas para la poblaci\u00f3n que asiste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cEstamos muy decepcionados. Este tipo de decisiones representa un retroceso en materia de salud. Se est\u00e1n cerrando espacios que costaron a\u00f1os de esfuerzo y construcci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, sostuvo Rivera en declaraciones a medios locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presidenta de la fundaci\u00f3n explic\u00f3 que el Instituto desempe\u00f1aba un papel fundamental en la <strong>coordinaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas sanitarias<\/strong>, el <strong>relevamiento de informaci\u00f3n sobre pacientes con c\u00e1ncer<\/strong> y la <strong>implementaci\u00f3n de normativas como la Ley de C\u00e1ncer Infantil<\/strong>. <strong>\u201cTodos los centros de salud estaban obligados a informar sobre diagn\u00f3sticos, evoluci\u00f3n de tratamientos y provisi\u00f3n de medicamentos. Era una referencia t\u00e9cnica y pol\u00edtica clave\u201d<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien la medida ya fue oficializada y el Ejecutivo anunci\u00f3 que sus funciones ser\u00e1n absorbidas por <strong>una agencia m\u00e1s amplia que incluir\u00e1 otras patolog\u00edas<\/strong>, desde la Fundaci\u00f3n advirtieron que se trata de una decisi\u00f3n riesgosa. <strong>\u201cPretenden crear un organismo que abarque todo tipo de enfermedades, pero si con una instituci\u00f3n especializada ya era complejo, imaginemos lo que implicar\u00e1 funcionar dentro de una estructura burocr\u00e1tica generalizada\u201d<\/strong>, remarc\u00f3 Rivera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n expres\u00f3 inquietud por la falta de informaci\u00f3n sobre el destino de los equipos t\u00e9cnicos y los programas existentes. <strong>\u201cNo hay certezas sobre c\u00f3mo se reestructurar\u00e1n los equipos ni qu\u00e9 ocurrir\u00e1 con los proyectos que estaban activos. Hasta ahora solo hemos presenciado amenazas de despidos, escasez de medicamentos y recortes presupuestarios. No hay se\u00f1ales de mejora\u201d<\/strong>, advirti\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, critic\u00f3 la falta de voluntad pol\u00edtica para proteger el sistema sanitario. <strong>\u201cLo vimos en el caso del Hospital Garrahan, y ahora con esta medida.
